Credit card details are taken to secure and guarantee your booking at Bramble Guest House. Payment is taken
on either on your arrival or day of departure. There is a 2% surcharge on credit card payments; there is no
charge for debit card payments.
If you have to cancel your booking within 5 days of your arrival date, and we cannot reallocate your room,
then we will charge you a fee equal to the cost of the first night of your booking.
"No shows" and cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival time will be charged the full cost of the booking.
However, if we can reallocate part of your stay then this fee will be reduced accordingly, and monies refunded.
We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation charges that may incur.
We welcome everybody and actively try to accommodate all guests' needs. However Bramble has a flight of 11
steps leading up to the front entrance, and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or those unable
to manage any stairs at all.

Guests will be responsible, and liable for, any damages or breakages which are caused to our accommodation or its
contents. The cost of repair, replacement or cleaning will be taken from the debit or credit card used at the time
of the original booking.
