Cancellation Policy

Credit card details are taken to secure and guarantee your booking at Bramble Guest House. Payment is taken on either on your arrival or day of departure. There is a 2% surcharge on credit card payments; there is no charge for debit card payments.

If you have to cancel your booking within 5 days of your arrival date, and we cannot reallocate your room, then we will charge you a fee equal to the cost of the first night of your booking.

"No shows" and cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival time will be charged the full cost of the booking. However, if we can reallocate part of your stay then this fee will be reduced accordingly, and monies refunded.

Access Statement

We welcome everybody and actively try to accommodate all guests' needs. However Bramble has a flight of 11 steps leading up to the front entrance, and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or those unable to manage any stairs at all.
